Cheese Making In Cheddar

The Cheddar Gorge Cheese Company are the only cheese manafacturer to make Cheddar Cheese where it all began in Cheddar, Somerset. Many delicious varieties of the traditionally made cheese are for sale and the whole process can be viewed in the factory where a Cheesemaker gives explanations and answers questions. The visit is accompanied by a short video. Nearby there is also a whole rural village with many traditional craft making attractions.
